Ingredients:

1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky

Directions:
Pour SIA over your favorite large ice cube in a rocks glass.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky
1 oz Vermouth
2 dashes Bitters
Orange & Cherry garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
Garnish and enjoy.

*Standard serving per cocktail is 1.5 oz of alcohol

Ingredients:

1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.

Ingredients:

0.5 oz Simple Syrup
7 muddled Mint Leaves
2 Lemon Quarters
Additional Mint and Lemon for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky
5 oz Ginger Beer
1 Lime Wedge
1 Lime Twist or Wedge for garnish

Directions:
Pour SIA over ice into a glass of your choosing. Squeeze the lime into the glass then add the ginger beer. Garnish and enjoy.

1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky
0.75 oz Vermouth
0.75 oz Italian Apértif
Orange Slice for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Pour over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.

0.25 oz Filthy® Black Cherry Syrup or Simple Syrup
3 dashes Bitters
2 Filthy® Black Cherries or Orange Peel for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish and enjoy.

5 oz Ginger Ale
Lime Wedge for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish and enjoy.
