Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.
