Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz SIA Scotch Whisky
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 7 muddled Mint Leaves
• 2 Lemon Quarters
• Additional Mint and Lemon for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.
